We say this because all the conditions for change are there – we have specialists, organizations, patient community, technology and knowledge. And yet, the results remain alarming. The storm doesn't come from outside – it's inside our glass. It was created by a lack of coordination, late reaction and the absence of a comprehensive strategy. Each of these factors individually seems small, but taken together – they create the perfect storm. In fact, the scale of the country allows us to act quickly and effectively. We do not need huge resources, but a common will, knowledge and perseverance. Today, we say clearly: it is time to stop thinking about whether the glass is half full or half empty, to tame the storm. Let's turn chaos into synchrony, fragments into a system, and individual efforts into a common cause. The stroke in Bulgaria should not be a storm that drags us away, but a signal that unites us. How to do this? Through dialogue. We stand up for this. We believe in our words. We know that once the dialogue between all participants in the process begins, a "stroke" will only lead to an improvement in the situation.
